Gold travel insurance package
With the Banca Intesa American Express Gold card, you get a free travel health insurance card for the whole world with assistance and travel support provided by Europe Assistance for users of the insurance company DDOR osiguranje and Global Assistance for users of the insurance company Wiener Stadtische osiguranje, which all embassies accept as proof of health insurance required when approving visas.
Paying and withdrawing cash
You can use the American Express Gold credit card for paying for goods and services and withdrawing cash in the country and abroad in places marked with an American Express mark.
Instalment payments
The total amount of the transaction is divided into equal monthly installments and as such is completely free of interest. The maximum number of installments is up to 24. The number of installments is determined in agreement with the merchant.
The fee for paying in installments with the American Express® Gold credit card at the merchant's point of sale is calculated in installments and amounts to RSD 50. All users of the American Express® Gold payment card, who are also users of the Intesa Hit Plus payment account, will be charged RSD 40. All users of the American Express® Gold payment card, who are also users of the Intesa Magnifica payment account, are exempt from paying the fee.
Settle your credit card obligations
Liabilities arising from the use of credit cards (calculated in RSD and EUR) can be settled through a standing order, Banca Intesa mobile and electronic banking, or by payment at the Bank's counter.
Liabilities calculated in dinars (RSD) can also be settled at the counters of other banks and post offices.
Travel inssurance
Travel insurance benefits are also available to members of your immediate family, including spouse or common-law partner and children up to 18 years of age, who travel with you as a cardholder.

It is necessary to register the family members who will be traveling with you, along with their valid passports and your insurance card, by calling the DDOR user center at phone number 0800 303 301 or via the website www.ddor.rs.
You can find the conditions of travel insurance under the jurisdiction of the Wiener Stadtische osiguranje insurance company at the link. Registration of family members is not required.
