Eduardo Bombieri

Eduardo Bombieri joined Banca Intesa Beograd in January 2021 as Deputy President of the Executive Board, being responsible for the areas under the authority of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Operating Officer and for Security and Business Continuity Management Department, as well as for Project Management in terms of strategic projects.

For the last five years, Mr. Bombieri served in ALEXBANK in Egypt, firstly as Chief Risk Officer and Executive Board Member, and then as Deputy CEO responsible of Risk, Finance, Operations and IT functions within the Bank.

Before his post in Egypt, Mr. Bombieri held the position of Deputy CEO and Board member in CIB Bank, subsidiary bank of Intesa Sanpaolo in Hungary for seven years, after serving several years in Milan, where he set up and managed the International Corporate unit, and was later appointed head of ISP's International Credit.

He started his international career in London in Structured Finance, followed by over 10 years in the United States, where he was covering various positions to include Branch Manager of Los Angeles and of New York.

Mr. Bombieri completed his studies in economics in Milan, attending Universita’ Cattolica and in Lausanne, at HEC.
