Business hours of branch offices during Easter holidays

In line with the Law on State and Other Holidays in the Republic of Serbia, branch offices of Banca Intesa will not be open during Easter holidays, from Friday, April 6 to Monday, April 9, 2018. The first working day after the holidays will be Tuesday, April 10, 2018.

During the holiday, customers will be able to use ATMs for cash withdrawal, as well as E-banking terminals that allow them to make payments from their current accounts without any fee, check their account balance or print bank and credit card statements. Locations of ATMs and branch offices with E-banking terminals can be found on the interactive map.

Furthermore, customers will be able to use Banca Intesa’s e-services – Intesa Mobi and Intesa On-line to conduct payments, transfer funds and make exchange transactions. In addition, automated answering service for checking account balance, exchange rates and getting other information (011 310 88 88) will be at their disposal, as well as and the Payment Card Customer Service (011 30 10 160) that will be available 24 hours a day.
