Technical and safety aspects
The trader is obliged to create an interface at his Internet point of sale that will guide the customer through the process of ordering products / services.
At the moment of payment, the customer is directed to the processor side, where he enters the data on the payment card, during which his authentication and authorization of the transaction is performed.
After a successful authentication and authorization process, the customer returns to the Internet point of sale. In accordance with the submitted data, the trader informs the buyer about the success / failure of the purchase process and undertakes appropriate activities (delivery of goods / services).
Implementing an E-commerce service at an Internet point of sale is very simple. In addition, the Bank provides consulting services during the implementation process, as well as complete technical documentation, test payment cards and access to the test server for authorization.
E-commerce service Banca Intesa Belgrade has implemented 3D Secure technology which includes additional methods of authentication (MasterCard SecureCode and CAP, Verified by VISA) of the customer, payment card user. Through the implemented 3D Secure technology, the merchant himself is protected in the process of purchase and is protected from possible misuse of the payment card at his Internet point of sale.
Reversal of transactions at Banca Intesa POS terminals
In order to improve the quality of service and increase the satisfaction of our clients, we have improved the process of submitting requests for cancellation of transactions, which occurred at the POS and E-Commerce points of sale of Banca Intesa ad Beograd.
In cases where it is necessary to cancel transactions (partial or in full) made on the Bank's POS terminals, within your sales points, a unified Request form will be used and it is available for download on the Bank's website, at the following link.
If it concerns transactions made at the E-Commerce point of sale, the new unified request form will be used only for installment transactions, as well as in cases where the attempt to cancel through the system is unsuccessful for some reason. The request is available for download on the Bank's website, at the link.
For other cases of cancellation of E-Commerce transactions, the mode of operation remains unchanged.
The new Request contains already predefined fields, which you can easily fill in with the data available to you in the daily and monthly reports on processed transactions and payments, delivered by the Bank, namely:
- Date of transaction (for transactions made at POS terminals) / Date of approval (transaction status Post authorization / Sale - for transactions made at E-Commerce points of sale)
- The amount of the original transaction
- Amount to be refunded
- Authorization number / Authorization ID
- TID / POS ID / Terminal ID
- The last 4 numbers of the payment card
- Installment number (optional for installment transactions)
In the future, requests for cancellation of transactions must be sent to the email address storno_pos@bancaintesa.rs.
