In line with the technical capabilities at the point of sale, the Bank can offer you multiple POS terminal models. Apart from the standard dial-up POS terminals, the offer also includes Ethernet POS terminals which enable transaction realization via the internet. For restaurants and other specific-need activities, we can provide the use of GPRS POS terminals with which transactions are realized via a mobile network. It is possible to connect POS terminals with cash registers and thus automate and speed up the sale process (the possibility of making an error is decreased).

The technical support service ensures constant operation of POS terminals and resolves interruptions that may occur in everyday business.
 

Available services

Depending on the activity performed by the merchant, assessments of turnover which will be realized via the Bank's POS terminals, risks in the process of acceptance of payment cards and technical conditions for the operation of POS terminals at the point of sale, the Bank can offer the following services to the merchant:

„Bolji način“ – support for the introduction of electronic payments

In order to support the digitization and improvement of the business of entrepreneurs and small businessmen, Banca Intesa joined the National initiative for cashless payments "Bolji način", which was launched by GIZ, Mastercard, Visa, the Ministry of Finance and NALED.

As part of the Initiative, a POS program was launched for entrepreneurs and legal entities who in the past 12 months did not have the option of cashless payment with payment cards, and now want to digitize business at their selling spots.

What do you get?

POS program enables free installation and use of devices or software for accepting cashless payments (POS terminal, SoftPOS or e-commerce solution accepting payment cards and Instant payments), for up to one year, with a subsidized merchant fee in the amount of a maximum of 0.99% on card and IPS transactions.

After the expiration of this period, there are no additional obligations, and the assigned devices/software can be further used according to standard commercial conditions, which are defined in advance when signing the contract.
